5 Easy steps to successful PPI claims
To instruct us to manage your claim and recover your PPI all you need to do is:
1. Call us on 0845 686 8060 for a chat or if you would prefer us to call you at a more convenient time you can request a call back here.
2. If we think you have a good case to claim for PPI we will send you a Letter of Authority by email or post.
3. Sign and return the Letter of Authority by post (we will send a pre-paid envelope) or email together with all the documentation you have regarding your PPI policy.
4.When we have received your Letter of Authority we will start working on your behalf. We have had success within a week of writing to the lender so don’t delay, return the Letter of Authority as soon as possible!
